Our Fitness Assessments, which are complementary for all new members, provide a baseline from which you can evaluate your progress as you go. Fitness Assessments identify areas of strength and areas for improvement. From there, Fitness 360 trainers can develop a personalized program that best suits your ability and allows you to achieve your goals.
