That is exactly the opposite of what I do at my nutrition seminars. Every week, I hold a discussion-based seminar at Fitness 360. I bring food, there are games and exercises, it is hands on, I encourage questions…did I mention I bring food?
So, what do we talk about? Topics vary weekly, and are based on your feedback on the gym’s Facebook page or within the seminars themselves. One of my biggest responsibilities in seminar is to clarify fact from fiction. There is no shortage of nutrition information out there, but a lot of it creates short term gains in return for long term trade offs. My interests lie at the interface of exercise and nutrition. I’m focused on eating solutions that, when combined with a practical approach to exercise, will get you your best body for the long term.
My seminars are every Saturday from 12-1 pm, unless otherwise specified, and I would love for you to come! Don’t miss out on the free seminars in August. Check back for information on one-on-one nutritional coaching, starting soon!
Walk-ins are welcome.
See you there!
