Fitness 360 bootcamps are unique and are
comprised of dynamic warm-ups, interval training, resistance
training, agility exercises, sprint drills, plyometrics and
much much more. Campers should expect a "total
body workout."
Our philosophy is “keeping it fun.” One hour a day, two to three days a week
for only four weeks, you will focus on various fitness areas such as flexibility,
core strength, power, endurance, balance, speed, and agility. No two workouts
