Dean Baldwin A skilled athlete with extensive experience as a personal trainer in South Beach, Florida, California and Michigan, Dean is looking forward to using his knowledge and experience to help Central Texans meet their goals at Fitness 360. Originally from Michigan, Dean played high school, college and semi-professional football. A graduate of the University of Central Michigan with a degree in Exercise Science, Dean has been a personal trainer for eight years. He has also worked for several years as a motion picture stuntman. Dean can be seen in Friday Night Lights, Gridiron Gang, The Comebacks and various television commercials. Dean has trained a wide range of clients, from elite athletes, actors and celebrities, to individuals who have never set foot in a gym. Through evaluation and testing, Dean will design a routine based on your goals, focusing on fitness and habitual behavior changes. Dean finds his work rewarding, as he helps others to accomplish their goals and understand what it really means to be in shape. "It's never to late to be in the best shape of your life."
Jonathan Palafox A former college and professional football player, Jonathan brings to Fitness 360 an impressive skill set and extensive experience in athletics and physical fitness. Jonathan played professional football for both the Buffalo Bills and the NFL Europe Champions, the Amsterdam Admirals. Before that, he played football at the college level for Angelo State, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. When not training members at Fitness 360, Jonathan is studying under the nationally renowned Strength Coach Jeff “Maddog” Madden at the University of Texas Football Program. He also works as a professional stuntman in the nationally syndicated television series, Friday Night Lights. Jonathan is committed to developing fun, exciting, result-driven workout programs tailored to your needs. He will encourage you to set new goals for yourself and will help you achieve those with his enthusiastic and positive demeanor.
Amanda Curlee Amanda brings to Fitness 360 more than 10 years of training experience in the areas of weight loss & gain, sports conditioning, pre and post-natal conditioning, and overall health and wellness training. A graduate of West Texas A&M University with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Sport Nutrition, Amanda is a certified Personal Trainer and Integrated Flexibility Specialist through the National Academy of Sport Medicine. Amanda will work with you to find innovative ways to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle and make it a fun and rewarding experience.
Joe Gernetzke, CSCS Joe joins Fitness 360 with more than three years experience as a trainer at New York’s nationally renowned fitness club, Equinox Fitness, Inc. While at Equinox, Joe trained a diverse spectrum of clients—from stay-at-home mothers to executives to professional athletes. A graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Exercise Science, Joe is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Joe is also one of only a few trainers in the Austin metropolitan area certified to facilitate the Functional Movement Screen—an assessment tool available only at Fitness 360— to design safe, technically sound and extremely effective training programs that consistently yield the greatest results possible.
Mark Routledge A native of England and graduate of the University of Humberside, Mark is the General Manager at Fitness 360 at The Triangle. Mark has a diverse background in both personal training and fitness management, having owned his own gym for several years in North Texas. With extensive knowledge and experience with fitness equipment manufacturers, Mark’s commitment to the members at Fitness 360 is to ensure the safest and highest quality user experience possible. Mark is passionate about health, fitness and sports. Having played soccer in England, his favorite pastime is keeping up with the English Premiership on television.
Matt King Currently earning his Masters Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Science and Nutrition, Matt helps a wide variety of clients at Fitness 360 achieve their fitness goals. Formerly a strength and conditioning intern coach at Missouri State University in Springfield, Matt worked with hundreds of student athletes over the course of two years. A graduate of Missouri State with a degree with Exercise and Movement Science, Matt is a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
